1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SQFT ("the Platform") at my-sqft.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. SQFT is operated by Grand Estates London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Use of the Platform
SQFT provides property investment intelligence tools including deal analysis, auction discovery, legal risk assessment, portfolio management, and market data. You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to property investment research and analysis
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute Platform data
- Not use the Platform to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity
3. Subscriptions & Billing
SQFT offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorise Grand Estates London Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. Disclaimer
SQFT provides property data, analysis, and intelligence tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any property. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. Property values, rental yields, and market conditions can change. Always conduct your own due diligence and seek independent professional advice before making investment decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, data, software, designs, and branding on SQFT are the intellectual property of Grand Estates London Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without written permission. Your use of the Platform does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of SQFT is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grand Estates London Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any property data, valuations, or market analysis provided through the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any data you have entered may be retained or deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
